Need of Programming Languages :
What is Program ? and what is Programming ? We can say that the program is a set of instruction, orders given to computer to obey it. I am not say that the computer is not able to understand without the medium of a programming languages or compilers . It is possible technically. However, that requires understanding the language of computer you are working on with 64- bit architecture, you will need to deal with 64 1's and 0's .to do any one thing.
